Exchange and Return

Quick and Easy

You can return or exchange an unused product within 14 days. A €6 return fee applies, covering shipping and handling. For non-EU countries, this period may vary depending on local consumer laws

For domestic customers (FIN) Clothing items include one free exchange (does not apply to Cóndor knee socks, tights, or leggings)

How to return or exchange a product:

1. Contact us


Send an email to info@una.fi with the items you wish to return and what you would like in exchange.

2. Pack your items


Pack the products carefully in their original packaging or another suitable package. Include your contact details inside the parcel.

3. Address the package as follows:

4. Ship the return


Cover your own address on the parcel and take it to a Posti service point. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipment.

5. Processing


We will contact you once your return or exchange has been processed.

  • For exchanges: we will ship the new product and, if applicable, send a payment link.
  • For returns: refunds are processed via the payment provider.

Return through order

You can make a return independently in our online store.

1. Open your order either through the order confirmation in your email or by logging into our online store with your email address.

2. Press the "Request return" button.

3. Mark the products you want to return and send the return request. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return request has been sent.

4. We will process your return request as soon as possible. When your request is approved by us, you will receive return instructions by email.

When your return has arrived at our store and we have processed it, we will refund the payment to the original payment method.

Exchange/return via Posti

1. Send us an email at info@una.fi to let us know which products you're returning and what you'd like in exchange.

2. Carefully pack the items in their original packaging or another sturdy shipping box.

3. Include your contact information inside the package.

4. Write on the package:

5. Cover your own address details on the package and take it to a Posti service point. Keep your shipping receipt.

We'll be in touch once your exchange or return has been processed. For exchanges, we'll send the replacement item and, if there's an additional cost, a payment link. For returns, we'll refund your payment through the payment provider.
