You can return or exchange unused products within 14 days. Returns incur a 6€ fee that covers shipping and handling. Clothing items include one free exchange (does not apply to Cóndor knee-high socks, tights or leggings).

Exchange
We offer exchange rights for our products. Exchanges must be arranged in advance with customer service via email info@unavaate.fi

• Exchange costs 6€
• Clothing items include one free exchange within the product (different color/size)
• Cóndor products are not included in the free exchange
• Sale and clearance products have a fee for exchange and return
  

Returns
Customers have a 14-day cancellation right from receipt of order according to Finnish consumer protection law. Cancellation must be reported in writing within 14 days. Products must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice.

• Returns cost 6€, which is deducted from the refund amount
• If the order had free shipping and after the return the free shipping limit is not met, shipping costs will be charged
• Refunds are always made to the original payment method through Paytrail, when the return has been received and checked.
  

If the cancellation notice is not made within the deadline, we have no obligation to accept the return.

We will contact you when the exchange/return has been processed. For exchanges, we send the replacement product and for paid exchanges, a payment link. For returns, we refund the money through the payment processor.

Store returns
Store returns are free when the refund is made to a gift card. Please note that we cannot process money refunds for online orders in the store.

Complaints and problem situations
If there is a defect in the product or the shipment was damaged during transport, contact our customer service within a reasonable time and include a photo of the defect in your message. Customer service email is info@unavaate.fi
