How does the friends circle work?
As a loyal Una customer, you earn points with your purchases. You unlock rewards as you move up from one tier to the next.
As Una's friend, you are always entitled to the following benefits:

- Early access to sales
- Introductory offers on new products
- One point for every euro you spend

You move up through the tiers by earning points. Once you reach a tier, you unlock its benefits.

Membership
How do I become a member?
You can become a member here.
Please note that if you have ordered from Una before, you are automatically a member and can log in to the online store directly.
What if I don't want to be a member?
If you don't want to be part of our Friends' Circle, you can contact our customer service.
We will remove your membership at your request.
Points
How can I earn points?
You earn points with every purchase, excluding gift cards. One euro equals one point. Please note that points are earned only on the price of the products, excluding delivery costs.
Which products earn points?
As a general rule, every purchase earns points.
The exception is gift cards (digital/paper). A gift card does not earn points for the buyer, as the points are earned when the gift card is used.
How long will my points remain valid?
Points earned from purchases are valid for 12 months. The validity period of points earned in other ways will always be specified separately.
What happens to my points if I return products?
If you return products, the points earned from them will be removed from your account.
Can I earn points for previous purchases?
Unfortunately, points cannot be awarded retroactively.
How do I earn rewards?
You move up to the next tier by earning points. You earn 1 point per €1.
Once you reach the next tier, all of that tier's rewards become available to you.
Tiers
Where can I see my tier?
You can see your tier by logging in to your account via the profile icon in the top-right corner of the website.
You'll find your tier by clicking "Una's Friend"
Can I skip a tier?
If your purchase crosses the threshold of two tiers and you skip a tier, you get the rewards of the higher tier directly.
Rewards from the skipped tier are not awarded.
How long will I remain on tier X?
Once you reach a tier, you’ll remain on that tier for the next 12 months. If you make additional purchases and move up to a higher tier during this period, your highest achieved tier will remain valid for 12 months from the date you reach it.
How long can I use my benefits?
As a member of Una's Friends' Circle, you are always entitled to the general Friends' Circle benefits.
Your tier benefits remain available to you for as long as you are on that tier.
