Una’s product range consists of soft and high-quality muslin and waffle textiles, both made from 100% cotton. In addition, Una offers handmade bows made in Finland from cork and paper leather. The selection is complemented by high-quality socks from the Spanish brand Cóndor.

ORDERING

Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing payment at checkout.

A contract is formed when an order confirmation has been sent by email. By placing an order in the online store, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the applicable terms and conditions of delivery.

We strive to keep our inventory information up to date; however, due to system errors or human error, discrepancies in product availability may occasionally occur. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or cannot be delivered despite the indicated inventory status, we will inform you without delay and agree with you on either a replacement product or a refund.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order immediately after placing it on the same website by accessing your order details through the order confirmation or by logging into the online store. The cancellation can be completed by clicking the "Cancel Order" button. Alternatively, you may contact customer service to cancel your order.

If your order has already been processed, a handling and/or shipping fee (€12) will be charged for the cancelled order. The original shipping costs will be refunded.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
International shipping:

We ship from our warehouse in Finland across Europe, with a few select destinations beyond the EU. Our goal is to expand worldwide shipping in the future — stay tuned!

Shipping costs vary by destination: €6,90–30. Shipping is calculated at checkout. You can choose your preferred delivery method before placing your order.

Shipping to Denmark & Sweden, delivery options:

  • PostNord Pick Up Point (2–4 business days): €6.90
  • PostNord Home Delivery (2–5 business days): €13.90
  • GLS ShopDeliveryService (2–3 business days): €6.90
  • GLS FlexDelivery (EuroBusiness) (2–3 business days): €8.90


Shipping to Germany, delivery options:

  • PostNord Pick Up Point (2–4 business days): €7.90
  • PostNord Home Delivery (2–5 business days): €13.90
  • GLS ShopDeliveryService (2–3 business days): €9.90
  • GLS FlexDelivery (EuroBusiness) (2–3 business days): €7.90

Processing time:
  • Orders are processed the same or next business day.
  • The estimated shipping date is always shown on the product page.
  • We notify customers by email if there are delays.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Right of withdrawal:
  • Under Finnish consumer protection law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the order.
  • Withdrawal must be notified in writing within 14 days.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying withdrawal.
  • If you wish to return products, please let us know at info@unavaate.fi and you will receive detailed return instructions.

The 14-day right of return does not apply to the following products:

  • Tights
  • Other products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
  • Customized (embroidered) products
Return fee:
  • €12 per return, deducted from the refunded amount.
  • If the original order qualified for free shipping but the returned order falls below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will apply.
  • If withdrawal notification is not provided in time, we are not obliged to accept the return.
  • If the entire order is cancelled or returned, we will also refund the original shipping costs.
  • If the order originally qualified for free shipping (orders over €100), but after the return the order value no longer meets the free shipping threshold, the original shipping costs will be deducted in addition to the return shipping fee.
Exchanges:
  • Exchange fee: €12
  • Discounted and clearance items always have a paid return/exchange.
  • Exchanges must be agreed in advance with customer service: info@unavaate.fi

OTHER SITUATIONS

Uncollected parcel

If a parcel is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to the sender. For uncollected parcels, we charge €12 for shipping and handling costs. If you wish, we can resend the parcel.

Palautukset ja vaihdot

Palautusoikeus on 14 päivää ostopäivästä. Tuotteen tulee olla käyttämättömässä kunnossa ja alkuperäisessä pakkauksessa. Palautuskulut maksaa asiakas, ellei kyseessä ole virheellinen tuote.

Complaints

A complaint must be made as soon as the defect is discovered. In complaint situations, please contact our customer service.

Payment services provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7). Accepts online banking, card, and mobile payments.

Invoice and installment options are provided by Klarna (30 days interest-free).

GENERAL

Prices include VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices, shipping fees, and stock availability.
