Exchange and Return
Quick and Easy
You can return or exchange an unused product within 14 days. A €6 return fee applies, covering shipping and handling. For non-EU countries, this period may vary depending on local consumer laws
For domestic customers (FIN) Clothing items include one free exchange (does not apply to Cóndor knee socks, tights, or leggings)
How to return or exchange a product:
1. Contact us
Send an email to info@una.fi with the items you wish to return and what you would like in exchange.
2. Pack your items
Pack the products carefully in their original packaging or another suitable package. Include your contact details inside the parcel.
3. Address the package as follows:

4. Ship the return
Cover your own address on the parcel and take it to a Posti service point. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipment.
5. Processing
We will contact you once your return or exchange has been processed.
- For exchanges: we will ship the new product and, if applicable, send a payment link.
- For returns: refunds are processed via the payment provider.
Palautusohjeet
Tehdessäsi palautuspyynnön tilauksesi kautta, saat ohjeet palautuksen lähettämiseksi.
1. Avaa tilauksesi joko sähköpostissasi olevan tilausvahvistuksen kautta tai kirjautumalla verkkokauppaamme sähköpostiosoitteellasi.
2. Paina "Pyydä palautusta" -painiketta.
3. Merkkaa tuotteet, jotka haluat palauttaa ja lähetä palautuspyyntö. Saat vahvistuksen ja ohjeet palautukseen sähköpostiisi.
4. Pyynnön lähettämisen jälkeen käsittelemme palautuspyynnön ja saat sen hyväksymisestä vielä erikseen tiedon.
Kun palautuksesi on saapunut myymäläämme ja olemme käsitelleet sen, hyvitämme maksun alkuperäiselle maksutavalle.
