Here are a few tips to help you choose the right size for your muslin romper.
For Una's short-sleeved muslin romper, you can choose a roomier size if you like. You can roll up the legs at first, which makes the romper last longer. The photos show rompers on kids of different sizes. Una's children's muslin clothing sizes run about double the size larger than regular sizing.

Measurements are finished garment measurements. The romper will shrink about 5% in the first wash.
