For the Una long-sleeve muslin dress, you're welcome to go up a size if you'd like. You can roll up the sleeves at first, which means the dress will last longer as your child grows. You can see the dresses on kids of different sizes in the product photos. Una kids' muslin garment sizes are equivalent to two sizes larger in standard sizing.
