Where are Una's products made?
Una's products are designed in Finland and our own brand products are manufactured in Estonia, except for bows. In Viljandi and Tallinn there are sewing facilities that manufacture Una's quality products.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver internationally. Shipping cost will be updated when you fill in your address details.
Are there discount codes for Una's online store?
We want to promote a shopping culture where you don't have to wait for sales and discount codes. So we mainly sell discontinued and second-quality products on sale a few times a year.
Occasionally we may offer discount codes on new products to our circle of friends members.
Can I return a product?
You can return an unused product within 2 weeks of receiving the product. We charge a 6 euro return fee, which includes postage and handling costs.
